  • A head of celery
  • Apple
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger knob


Start by juicing the celery. Use the whole stalks and leaves of the whole head. It should yield about 500-700 ml. Then, juice the cucumber, apple and ginger. That should yield another 350 ml. Mix the juices and enjoy your detoxifying immune boosting juice. It’s best consumed fresh for optimal nutrients.
