Green Juicing Basket for all season
JUICING IS THE SIMPLEST WAY TO INCREASE FIBRE INTAKE
Good for 2/ 3 Days depending upon the usage
100 gms fresh Baby spinach / 150 gms Lettuce Green
100 gms Swisschard/ beetroot leaves
200 gms Kale hydroponic
250 gms Celery Stems, sliced
2Pcs / 500gms Green Apples
Ginger, mint, to taste, you can add carrots, amla, also along in for juicing as per availability and suitability.
Add all fresh green ingredients to the pitcher of a high-power blender. Blend on medium-high speed until very smooth. Do not blend again, as this makes the green juice overly frothy. Pour green juice into a covered pitcher or carafe and refrigerate. It will keep well for about 2/4 days. Combine/shake well before pouring.
